How do I get my e-book?

After making your payment through the secure Koigo cart, you will be emailed a link that will allow you download the pdf file.
Sometimes these emails end up in spam or junk folders, so please check there if you can't find the email.

What software do I need to read the e-books?

You probably already have Adobe pdf reader installed on your computer or e-book reader, but if you don't you can get it here for free.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?

Because of the nature of the product - we don't generally offer refunds, unless the description on the product page is misleading or incorrect. If that happens, please let us know and we'll fix it and refund your purchase.

Can I print my e-manual?

Yes, just select the print icon from your pdf reader to get a high quality print out of one page or all if you prefer.
